“This is the 20th year that we have been working with LocalEdge. In recent years, our partnership has transitioned to 100% digital and they have guided us to develop and maintain a very strong online presence. We now are where we need to be in SEO, SEM, SMM, website, reputation, e-commerce tracking, etc. and we continue to grow that presence. Simply stated, we are getting all of the results. Our long partnership has created a great relationship and understanding of our brand. Many companies offer digital services and many of them outsource parts of their services to specialized units around the country. That’s fine for some but I think there is an advantage of working with a large company that has a large local presence. Cost is another important factor and it can be confusing to understand the ROI of digital services. I can tell you as someone who has sat through dozens of sales pitches for digital services over the years, as well as someone that analyzes and tracks everything, that no one has come close to offering the same complete suite of services at a netter price. Nor have they even been able to estimate the results that are close to our real results. Factor in the ROI and our contract pays for itself many times over yearly. This was especially true last year when the pandemic started. The online presence that LocalEdge built for us helped all of our new customers find us, discover what we had to offer, stay connected and engaged with us so we could serve them better. Once final thing I will add to my review is that I genuinely enjoy working with the team. They are all very available and engaged in working with me to get the best results. I get a sense of ownership from them and that my brand is also their brand. I love that! Twenty years…I think it’s time to finally leave them an online review!”
